    Description
    Responsible for the daily/weekly maintaining Payroll Department Operations, including collecting and verifying timekeeping information and processing payroll.

    PAY: $20/hr

    SHIFT: Day Shift

    SCHEDULE:
    • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00PM
    • Weekends and Holidays as needed

    Major Responsibilities:
    • Volume Daily, Weekly, Monthly report using SAP.
    • Customer Baseline report
    • Create, request, and updated APTIV user ID's, Passwords
    • Keep System Inventory up to date.
    • Request & maintain any system items by contacting vendors.
    • Maintain Stanley System with all associates information.
    • Open and close our any RITM's.
    • Request and process SAP transaction for new associates.
    • Support with Inventory
    • Support with issues with server, PC's, Scanners, Radios, printers etc.
    • Support on IT Meetings
    • Support on special projects.
    • Support on any troubleshooting.
    • Prioritize workload and have flexibility to adjust based on position requirements
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential
    • Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor
    Operations:
    • Be a reliable support to operations to deploy and maintain all equipment used for the operations to meet customer requirements.
    • Interact with vendors and customers to ensure any needs to the operation.
    • Collaborate with location leaders to ensure that all equipment is up and running.
    Qualifications:
    • 2 years of general office experience required
    • 1 year of customer service experience required
    • High School diploma or equivalent required, Some college preferred.
    • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and SAP required
    • Strong communication skills
    • Experience with IT (Information Technology)
    • Knowledge of and ability to troubleshoot printers in a window environment
    • Excellent Verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish
    • Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize in deadline-driven environment
    • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
    • Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening.
