    Job Descriptiono Coordinate and monitor work activities and schedules of employeeso Assist in the hiring, on-boarding and training of new employeeso Compile written reports/ informationo Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipmento Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employeeso Evaluates and verifies employee performance through the review of completed work assignments and work techniqueso Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtainedo Ensures proper labor relations and conditions of employment are maintainedo Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the worko Makes rounds to check for crew coverage of designated work areas, assigns needed coverage, gives special cleaning instructions and/or assignments, and ascertains compliance with directiveso Conducts inspections and investigates tenant complaints of the building to check for cleanliness, and advises subordinates of found conditions and methods of correctiono Weekly meeting with manager or as neededo Cover areas when need ito Act as the conduit of information between management and front-line staffo Track equipment and supply inventoryo Report employee personnel and customer issues to managero Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvemento Maintains personnel, time, and vacation/holiday records, prepares and evaluates time records and other related reports in order to ensure staffing needs and payrollo Maintain detailed records of all staffo Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing (emails and reports)o Conduct monthly safety meetingso Conduct weekly meetings with the day & night leadso Prepare utility Schedule for the month and assign to the staffDuties and Responsibilities:All supervisors should be performing the following duties daily:o Walk through of site before AM shift arriveso Fitness Center clean and ready for use (If applies)o Meetings with clients/ walks (If applies)o Ordering of supplies and inventoryo Inspections of work and report on ABM websiteo Gather all information and request from personal in-box.

    [set up Manager's cube area]o Request Updateso Check staff puncheso Specific/ Special Tasko Set up crew to begin shift and discuss any information with employees if needed.

    This will be include handing out supplies if needed.
