Position Overview:

As the Branch Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operations of our client's branch location. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of inventory management, logistics support, system maintenance, and general office duties, contributing to the seamless functioning of branch operations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and correct the ARIBA error log and monitor ARIBA and SAP transactions for accurate inventory management.
Report defects and resolve issues in supported systems to uphold operational efficiency.
Provide logistics support for deliveries and shipments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of products.
Manage inventory at the branch location, overseeing storage, organization, and accuracy of lawn mowers and tractors.
Request vendor setup and maintenance, facilitating smooth transactions and payments.
Assist and train employees in the use of Ariba and SAP systems to enhance operational effectiveness.
Handle vendor inquiries, process payments, and facilitate special check runs as required.
Assist with special projects and requests, contributing to the achievement of branch objectives.
Work in the inventory yard to address vehicle-related issues and assist mechanics during shipments or receiving.
Perform general office duties as needed to support branch operations.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Multiple years of relevant experience in operations coordination or similar roles
Software Skills: Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and Ariba
