- Researching and resolving client inquiries according to procedures and controls.
- Ensuring timely and accurate responses to both internal and external clients.
- Working closely with clients, Client Service teams, Funds Transfer, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agents to foster strong working relationships.
- Promptly escalating sensitive or risk-related issues to management.
- Ensuring daily deliverables are completed on time and with accuracy.

- Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree, and strong internships where Excel was used heavily.
- 1+ year of work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is preferred; VBA/macro development knowledge is highly appreciated.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Proven ability to problem-solve and recommend solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Capable of managing and completing multiple projects simultaneously.

Description
We are currently recruiting for a Junior Client Reporting Specialist to join our Reporting Hub. In this role, you will ensure that all client deliverables are performed timely and accurately across daily, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual timelines. Additionally, you will handle client inquiries, resolve them within standard turnaround times, and serve as a point of escalation for complex client issues. This position is for a 6-month contract with the potential for extension and temp-to-perm opportunities, based on performance and business needs.
Work Schedule: A hybrid schedule is required, involving office presence around 2 to 3 times a week.
Work Hours: 40 hours per week (9 AM to 5 PM or 10 AM to 6 PM)
