- Collaborates with the Master Data team to setup new pricing and price changes within the system.
- Conducts routine audits and generates validation reports to guarantee pricing accuracy.
- Manages and updates pricing documents such as the Wholesale Price List, Policy, Net Pricing Calculator, and Tournament Price List.
- Communicates Wholesale Price List and Policy changes to the sales team and customers through targeted email communications.
- Manages the credit compensation processes through Callaway Connect, allowing customers to request compensation for various sales initiatives such as netdowns, promotions, and spiffs.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for the sales team regarding the Order Tool, working with the IT team to resolve any issues promptly.
- Oversees the management of all Order Tool functionalities, including order types and suggested assortments, in close collaboration with the Sales Operations team to ensure the tool is consistently updated with the latest offerings.
- Works with the program management teams to compile the master list of skus to add to our ordering systems.
- Collaborates with various departments to gather essential data required by customers for the integration of new products into their systems.
- Manages a portal site housing setup information accessible to sales representatives and customers.
- Engages directly with customers to offer tailored setup information as necessary.
- Proofs all sales materials (including flip books, sales binders, etc.) to verify the accuracy of product specifications.
- Continuously monitors orders to ensure customers are receiving the correct benefits (pricing, discounts, terms, free freight, etc.) according to the customer agreements/programs
- Manage and processes National Account/Regional Strategic COOP budgets, accruals, and compensation.
- Create reporting to help track bookings by order type, product model, and promotion type.
- Develop ad-hoc reporting/analysis as needed
- Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel, adept at creating intricate spreadsheets and utilizing formulas. Capable of extracting, organizing, and analyzing data through various systems and tools.
- Previous experience working with Business Objects and SAP preferred
- Thrives in fast-paced environments, excels under pressure, and meets tight deadlines efficiently.
- Demonstrates strong project management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
- Possesses a knack for creative problem-solving and exhibits meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and proactive, takes initiative to initiate and complete tasks independently.
- Adheres to confidentiality protocols and handles sensitive information with discretion.
- Quick to grasp new concepts and implement them effectively
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related experience
- Minimum 3 years related work experience.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Pricing Analyst plays a pivotal role in implementing pricing strategies across the entire product lifecycle, facilitating the integration of new products into our ordering systems, and equipping our sales team with the essential tools and resources needed for a successful product launch. Directly reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Initiatives and supporting the Senior Pricing Analyst, this role requires a blend of analytical expertise, project management skills, effective communication, and cross-functional collaboration to execute pricing strategies and facilitate successful new product launches.
