Creative Strategist for Performance-Driven Ecommerce Ads

Job summary
We are looking for a high-level Creative Strategist who understands direct response psychology, ad performance and conversion-driven messaging not just aesthetics or branding.This role is for a fast-growing ecommerce jewelry brand selling to the US market where success depends heavily on scroll-stopping concepts emotional triggers and performance-focused creative angles.
This is fundamentally different from traditional brand advertising.
Responsibilities
- Developing new ad concepts hooks and creative angles
- writing scripts &messaging frameworks for video ads
- Identifying emotional triggers & buying psychology
