Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team.

As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

If you have a passion for food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any issues promptly
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
Process payments accurately using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
Follow all food safety guidelines and regulations.

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
Food preparation: Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and ability to assist in the kitchen when needed.
Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple tables simultaneously, and work efficiently under pressure.
Restaurant experience: Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred.
Customer service: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service and address guest needs.
Basic math: Proficiency in basic math calculations for accurate order taking and payment processing.
Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure the safety of our guests.
OpenTable: Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation management systems is a plus.
POS: Experience using point of sale systems for order entry and payment processing.
