Description

Business Development Manager

In this dynamic role, the Director will focus on business development and growth, driving revenue expansion and market share.

With a strong background in business management, the Director will lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and improve profitability.

The Director will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing proposals to win new business.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include developing and executing business growth strategies, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

The Director will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing proposals, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of business growth strategies.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or above, with at least ten years of business management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Candidates should also have strong financial skills, including P&L, forecasting, and budget analysis, as well as proven experience managing and growing Fortune 500 accounts in the service area.

Other key qualifications include the ability to analyze complex data, develop innovative recommendations and solutions, and serve as an effective team leader.

Benefits
