    The Director, Marketing Excellence will support the development of a late-stage commercial asset, Acoramdis, for ATTR-cardiomyopathy. The Director, Marketing Excellence will drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment, ensuring success in the US and across the globe. This individual will lead the development of commercial deliverables, including peer to peer educational efforts and congress strategy.

    This person will play a lead strategic role on the commercial product team supporting launch excellence and work closely with Market Insights, Development, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, and other key stakeholders and should feel at home in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

    This position requires excellent communication skills, leadership, and a proven ability to influence across the organization. The Director of Marketing Excellence will report to the Sr. Vice President, Marketing.

    Responsibilities The Director will also support the delivery of key brand expectations such as Brand Planning, Tactical Planning, Launch Readiness, and Quarterly Business ReviewsPlans, executes, and optimizes marketing strategies, collaborating across multiple regions, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulatory requirementsDevelops and implements standardized processes and best practices, oversees the creation and review of marketing materials (MLR), and collaborates with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goalsLead commercial congress activities and logistical implementation for Acoramidis Marketing teams in collaboration with brand marketing congress channel leads, including exhibit booth design and execution, advertising, sponsorship packages, product theaters, KOL receptions, and ancillary meetings/eventsResponsibilities include the establishment of our disease state and branded speakers bureau, the initial identification and training of speakersUncover and address unmet needs by seeking expert insights, arranging and conducting advisory boards with cross-functional leadsNegotiate vendor contracts related to product and brand meeting materials and activities Develop and track metrics to measure and ensure the success of marketing/promotional programsDrive innovative approaches and address untapped opportunitiesPresent business updates to the Senior Team and partner with regional teams to ensure diverse commercial insights are brought into the planning processNo matter your role at BridgeBio, successful team members are:Patient Champions, who put patients first and uphold strict ethical standardsEntrepreneurial Operators, who drive toward practical solutions and have an ownership mindsetTruth Seekers, who are detailed, rational, and humble problem solversIndividuals Who Inspire Excellence in themselves and those around themHigh-quality executors, who execute against goals and milestones with quality, precision, and speedEducation, Experience & Skills Requirements 10+ years of commercial biotech or pharmaceutical experience, with at least six years in MarketingSuccessful launch experience in a competitive market preferredGlobal marketing experience preferredDemonstrated ability to develop actionable insights from complex clinical data and market researchStrong leadership skills and ability to influence functional stakeholders to set direction, align work efforts, and ensure outstanding executionExcellent oral, written, and presentation skillsCardiovascular experience preferredAbility to travel (~20%) is requiredKey Candidate AttributesPassionate about serving patients suffering from Genetic diseasesHigh-level strategic thinking, with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable marketing strategyProven self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a teamAble to handle full workload across multiple projectsCollaborates seamlessly across functions to build effective working relationships and align on strategy and execution.

    The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process.
