    Full Description

    The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
    Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams and brokers to align sales strategies with marketing, product development, and production.
    Set clear sales goals and KPI's for the team.
    Provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team to enhance their skills and motivation.
    Manage sales reps and brokers to drive accountability for meeting sales objectives and goals.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners.
    Understand customer needs and provide solutions that align with their objectives.
    Monitor customer feedback and address any concerns promptly.

    Take full responsibility for customer P&L, assortment (in-store and online), new product launches, pricing, promotions and customer marketing plans in collaboration with Marketing and Product Development.

    Prepare and manage sales budgets and forecasts.
    Monitor and report on sales performance against targets.
    Implement strategies to maximize profitability while controlling costs.
    Expand the company's distribution network, both domestically and internationally.
    Identify and develop new sales channels, including e-commerce, retail, and partnerships.
    Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
    Prepare regular sales reports for company leadership.
    Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on performance and market insights.
    Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
    Provide training and resources to the sales team to ensure product knowledge and effective selling techniques.
    Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
    Promote a culture of integrity and transparency.

    The Selected Candidate Will Also Possess

    5-10+ year track record of sales management, growing sales revenue/profitability and managing highly productive sales teams and customers within the Consumer Product Goods industry preferably in the beauty/cosmetic industry
    Proven track record of strategic business planning & execution, establishing long-term and productive retail partnerships in a highly competitive environment
    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal teams to develop winning go-to-market strategies and plans, create a competitive advantage, and grow market share
    Strong leadership that can inspire and motivate a sales team, including brokers, to achieve their goals and objectives.
    Deep understanding of sales processes and strategies in a CPG environment, preferably beauty.
    Industry knowledge
    Strategic thinker who can think strategically and develop long-term sales plans that align to company objectives. This includes identifying new market opportunities and potential areas of growth
    Fun, passionate, and energetic.
    Able to build strong relationships with buyers.

    Salary Range:
    Up to $175k/yr
