    Position Title:
    FP&A Senior Associate

    Location:

    As a Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance department by assisting in the preparation and documentation of various financial analysis projects.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


    Collaborating with senior financial analysts to create comprehensive variance analysis reports and develop intricate financial models to provide insights into our company's financial performance.

    Taking the lead in real-time financial performance monitoring, ensuring that any deviations from expected outcomes are identified and addressed promptly.

    Presenting detailed weekly and monthly financial reports to departmental managers and sales leadership, providing valuable insights and recommendations for optimizing financial strategies.

    Acting as a liaison between the finance department and other relevant teams within the organization, escalating any financial issues to management for timely resolution.

    Playing a key role in setting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

    Proactively recommending strategies for increasing financial performance, leveraging your analytical skills and industry expertise to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.

    Demonstrating proficiency in utilizing Quickbooks Online and PowerBI for financial data analysis and reporting, with advanced knowledge of Excel being a requirement for this role.

    Supporting the Director of Finance and CFO in various ad hoc tasks and projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the finance department and the organization as a whole.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
    Previous experience in a similar role within a finance or accounting department is preferred.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw actionable insights.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
    Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and precision in all tasks.
    Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential for this role.
    Experience with Quickbooks Online and PowerBI is highly desirable.

    Reporting Structure:


    This position reports directly to the Director of Finance and will work closely with the CFO to support the finance department's objectives and initiatives.
