    Default job background
    Description

Ticket Attendant is a Chicago-based start-up operating in the live sports, theater, and concert markets. Headquartered in the heart of Wicker Park just steps away from the Damen Blue Line stop, our mission is to build automated solutions for our client base of secondary market ticket sellers.

Our marketplace is ever-changing and we embrace this complexity as an opportunity. Ticket Attendant facilitates approximately 3% of all secondary ticket sales in the US on any given day, and were looking for highly motivated individuals to help grow our market share. Were currently a team of 40 people and are on track to continue doubling our size every 2 years.

We are building tools for our operations and clients to help streamline the process of buying and selling event tickets. From the initial purchase through a market like Ticketmaster to the delivery of the ticket to an end user who may have purchased the ticket on Stubhub.

Leveraging technology to make these processes simpler is part of our goals. Learning something new every day is something (we hope) you will do as you build out our products and team.

Some of our applications are custom developed in-house, and others integrate with SaaS products and major business such as Ticketmaster, Stubhub, Seatgeek and more.
