Position:
Industrial Engineer/Manufacturing EngineerDescription:We are seeking a skilled Industrial Engineer/Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Elkhart, IN.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and expertise in jig, tooling, and fixture design, along with proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage manufacturing projects from inception to completion using strong project management skills.
Foster positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
Coordinate with offshore teams for project tasks and ensure seamless collaboration.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills in all interactions.
Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve manufacturing issues.
Conceptualize and design automation applications, including robots and mechanical parts.
Design jigs, fixtures, and other necessary tooling for manufacturing processes.
Generate manufacturing drawings and bills of materials (BOM).Provide technical specifications to suppliers for parts of the automation system.
Support suppliers during parts manufacturing and ensure quality standards are met.
Integrate mechanical components of automation systems effectively.
Develop pneumatic drawings for equipment functions.


Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters degree in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD.Strong project management, customer management, and offshore coordination skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
