    H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Project Manager to support the Program Management Support for the Navy's Manpower, Personnel, Training, and Education initiatives including strategy, deployment, payroll, and organizational change management. Areas of oversight and management of activities will support a specific workstream, i.e. Program and Policy Analysis, Analysis and Assessment of the Navy's recruiting, manpower, personnel, training and education strategic initiatives, or strategic management.

    The Project Managerresponsibilities will include:

    • Creation of business process documentation/plans
    • Development and execution of organizational change management
    • Management of Business Process Automation
    • Development of Business Operating Model
    • Business Operational Metric Reporting
    • Oversight of enterprise Risk Management/Internal Controls
    • Oversight of data integrity/cleansing/migration

    Qualifications and Education Requirements:

    • Clearance: Minimum SECRET clearance
    • Education: Bachelor' degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical/applied sciences or management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or management information technology.
    • Certification(s): None
    • Experience:
      • The candidate must have at least 10 years of experience in data analysis, statistical analysis, financial analysis, marketing, or public affairs
      • Specific experience with the Federal Budget Process, PPBE and Navy POM preferred
