    The Dedicated Customer Service Representative is responsible for an assigned book of business consisting of approximately 10 customers with varying volumes of annual business.

    As a customer facing member of the MSH team, the Dedicated Representative is always to conduct him or herself in a professional manner. He is to treat all customers with empathy and always strive to provide our customers first call resolution. Professional communication is always an expectation of this role.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    Tracks and provides status updates on all orders placed by their assigned book of business.

    Monitors assigned email to case SalesForce queues.

    Ensures that the assigned queues are worked on a regular basis.

    Monitors and responds to emails as needed through SalesForce.

    Answer Phones and Assists Customers with concerns as needed.

    Assist customers with order requests, returns, buy-ins, credit and re-bill process initiation and general product inquires.

    Answers shipping and delivery questions.

    Directs customers to proper departments when issues are outside of their assigned scope of business.

    **Shift Details:** Must be flexible to work between 7am to 7pm (Monday to Friday overtime and weekends are bases on business needs)

    3 weeks of training 1st 2 weeks will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 3rd week will be shadowing based on whomever you will be partnered with.

    **Minimum Requirements**

    High School Diploma / College Degree Preferred

    1 year of Physicians Services Experience Preferred

    Proficient in MS Office Suite

    Functional Networking to improve the customer experience

    Ability to work within given Schedule Adherence tolerances

    Strong Computer and Keyboarding Skills
