The role of a Representative is pivotal in fulfilling the FCA Vision, Mission and Values. This is achieved through implementing the ministry plan for assigned areas within sports environments. The Representative plays a crucial part in ensuring discipleship is consistently approached, making disciples who make disciples.

• Ministering involves engaging with coaches and athletes on an individual level, utilizing huddles and events to equip them spiritually.
• To train staff and volunteers empowers them to facilitate effective execution of their responsibilities, developing their skills and capacity for growth.

Duties

1. Achieve synergy with Directors, Advisory Teams by providing leadership as per biblical standards.
   This involves adhering strictly to FCA policies while fostering relationships based on trust;
   equipping people from diverse backgrounds; promoting diversity among volunteers;
   fostering inclusivity; encouraging team players;
   serving others at all levels of operations including departmental coordination!
