Our organization is seeking a motivated individual with superior communication and organization skills to join us in Houston TX.In this remote position, you will be exposed to some of the most high-tech PLCs, HMIs, and hardware that are in use in the industry.
You will be able to help support our company's vision of delivering products of the highest quality to our customers within their specifications, timeframe, and budget.

Job Duties:
Meet or the exceed company's sales budget and sales growth goals
Manage, develop, expand, and partner with key customers to build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Build awareness of the brand, product line, value proposition, and capabilities across the region through in-person field selling activities with prospects and accounts
Understand and communicated project milestones as needed to the customer
Implement a strategic sale plan that expands the company's customer base to ensure its strong presence
Identify emerging markets and competitive intelligence while being fully aware of new products
Client new potential customers and new market opportunities
Comfortably present value proposition to both small and large groups
Provide input and work with upper management on strategic decisions
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Five or more years of experience in sales and customer relationship management required
Two or more years of experience in the electrical and power control panel industry required
n entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational, management, self-drive, self-motivated, high integrity, and business ethics required
ctive listening skills required
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal required
growth mindset with the ability to accept challenges and problem-solve required
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite required
US work authorization without sponsorship required
bility to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check required
bility to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more required
bility to sit, stand, and walk for four plus hours at a time required
Multi-state travel is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Five or more years of experience working with sales representatives preferred
Five or more years of experience with industrial control panels preferred
Three or more years of experience in a CRM preferred
