    Job Description


    The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of accuracy of inventory levels in the distribution center by performing cycle counts daily and resolving any discrepancies promptly.

    Job Responsibilities


    Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Perform daily cycle counts in all areas as assigned.
    • Research and correct inventory discrepancies from failed picks.
    • Report any quality issues.
    • Read and write emails for inter-shift communication.
    • Ensure daily count goals are achieved.
    • Support other business objectives as defined by management.

    Required Skills:

    • Ability to navigate within the system to research inventory discrepancies.
    • Must be able to operate a stand-up reach truck.
    • Must have a high level of detail for quality assurance.
    • Must be able to stand and walk for continuous periods.
    • Must be able to lift and/or pull up to 50 pounds without restriction.

    Background & Skills


    Basic Qualifications:

    • Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in warehousing and inventory control
