- Understand and implement project contracts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Produce accurate estimates from blueprints, field notes, and on-site evaluations.
- Engage and liaise with stakeholders, delivering comprehensive project proposals.
- Conduct and participate in essential project meetings, aligning team goals and strategies.
- Oversee project logistics including budgeting, equipment allocation, and team assignments.
- Execute contracts with subcontractors, ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and manage job costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and addressing variances.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent or a college degree in Construction Management would be ideal.
- At least three years' experience in the roofing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, understanding and relaying instructions and policies.
