Job Summary:
This position facilitates fellowship for the body of Christ through quality food and beverage production.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve customers with meal orders, questions, or concerns
- Operate point of sale (POS) for customer cash and credit card transactions
- Balance cash drawers at end of day
- Participate in daily set-up and clean-up of kitchen and/or service areas
- Maintain clean, safe dining spaces
- Stock department supplies
- Complete training class in operations of espresso machine and how to make specialty drinks
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills, and able to stay calm in stressful situations
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Function within the established department parameters for non-work-related activities when on the clock
- Dependable team-player who promotes unity and works well with people at all levels of the organization
- Calvary Chapel must be your home church with regular attendance
- Keep the ministry in the forefront of all you do, with a servant heart and optimistic attitude (Philippians 2:3)
- Conduct yourself in a manner that reinforces the core values and mission of Calvary Chapel and agree to our Statement of Faith
- Function as a productive part of the church staff and attend staff meetings in coordination with direct supervisor (1 Peter 4:10)
- Demonstrate a mature, ongoing personal relationship with Jesus through spiritual and moral integrity

Compensation:
$14.00 per hour
