Our client is seeking a Project Manager with extensive construction experience within the commercial market.The Project Manager will oversee management of all phases of projects (estimating, bidding, cost tracking to closeout) from cradle to grave.
This individual must possess excellent leadership and communication skills and also one that is willing to mentor and educate Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.

Monitor/control construction through administrative direction of on-site and corporate staff to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget
Work with the Project team to develop a work plan, establish priorities and assign tasks
Manage financial aspects of contracts: review and approve budgets, cost reports, rental equipment and expenses
Manage subcontractor schedules, quality of work, coordination with other trades and payments
Train and develop the Project team and schedule project resources
Strong background in Commercial Construction
