Description

Responsible for the direct handling of fleet warranty claims for the network. Create and file warranty claims with the manufactures based on warranty contract coverage and warranty policy guidelines. Monitor, support, and reconcile warranty claims to recover expenses and align funds to relevant Workorder/Claim.

Perform all jobs safely, efficiently and accurately to maintain and improve the performance of the network in the areas of Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR).
