- Perform a nursing assessment on all residents upon admission.
- Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate each resident's physical and emotional status for changes.
- Provide medications and treatment to residents.
- Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of any changes or concerns in resident's condition.
- Make nursing rounds on the unit and report any problems to the Unit Coordinator.
- Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
- Complete all required documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
- Assist with assessments of residents and coordination of the residents' plans of care.
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Valid DE RN License
- CPR Certified
- 2+ Years experience in LTC or sub-acute setting preferred
