    Alamo Cove Rehab and Nursing Center -

    We are excited to seek a PRN SLP to join our Alamo Cove Family providing top notch care in our skilled nursing facility

    Duties:

    -To assess adn treat patients with a wide variety of deficits. Not limited to Cognition, speech and communication issues and dysphagia

    Administer Speech interventions to improve patients' mobility, strength, and functional abilities, monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary

    Educate patients and their families on proper techniques for exercises and activities to promote recovery and prevent further injury

    Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

    Qualifications

    Certified Speech Language Pathologist in the State of Michigan

    Experience in Skilled Nursing and applicable use of Net Health prefered

    Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
