We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Land Specialist Real Estate Agent to help buyers and sellers navigate land transactions with expertise. Whether it's farmland, hunting and recreational property, timberland, or development tracts, our brokerage provides the resources and support to help you succeed.

Position Overview

As a Land Specialist Real Estate Agent, you will focus on listing, marketing, and selling land properties. This role requires someone passionate about the outdoors, knowledgeable in land use, and skilled in building client relationships. You'll work independently with the support of our brokerage to grow your book of business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, list, and sell land properties, including agricultural, recreational, timber, and development tracts.
• Conduct property evaluations and market analysis for landowners.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Stay informed on local land values, zoning, land use regulations, and market trends.
• Create compelling property listings with detailed descriptions, maps, and photos.
• Host property showings, often requiring knowledge of rural property access.
• Negotiate offers and manage transactions through closing.
• Collaborate with surveyors, lenders, appraisers, and title companies as needed.
• Represent the brokerage with professionalism in the community and at industry events.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license
• Experience in real estate sales preferred; land or agricultural background a plus.
• Strong knowledge of land use, agriculture, hunting/recreational properties, or rural development is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within Northeast Mississippi region; reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable with technology, MLS, and digital marketing tools.

Compensation

• 100% commission-based income potential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40, $125,000.00 per year
