We are a leading Midwest-based recruiting firm partnering with a premier residential developer in the Indianapolis area.This is not a traditional, back-office finance role. We are seeking a high-potential professional (1–3+ years of experience) to serve as a Market Intelligence Partner.
The role:
You will support the Director of FP&A by blending financial rigor with market research:- Strategic Modeling: Build financial reports for land acquisitions, horizontal development, and vertical construction.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and benchmark pricing across submarkets.
