    The Ideal Candidate:
    • a high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education in food safety or business would be an asset;
    • demonstrated ability to work accurately with weights and measures;
    • excellent communication skills with customers and colleagues;


    Certifications & Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with federal, state, local health codes;
