    Staff Accountant

    Responsibilities of Staff Accountant:

    • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
    • Daily reconciliations on cash accounts.
    • Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.

    Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.

    • Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and procedures.
    • Assist with audits and tax returns.
    • Support month-end and year-end close process.
    • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.

    Preferred Experience of Staff Accountant:

    • Proven at least 3+ years of experience as accountant.
    • Hands-on experience with accounting software packages.
    • MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Self-Motivated, analytical, and strong organizational skills.
    • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to use good judgment and strong problem-solving skills.
