    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Entry Level NPI Engineering team.

    This position offers an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a bachelor's degree in Electronics or related fields who are passionate about manufacturing processes and electronic circuitry.

    As an Entry Level NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs) through various stages of manufacturing, assembly, ensuring product quality, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards.


    Responsibilities:

    PCB Manufacturing Support:
    Assist in the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for PCB assembly, including soldering, surface
    mounting, and quality control procedures.

    Process Optimization:
    Collaborate with senior engineers to optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.

    Documentation and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, procedures, and test results. Generate reports and provide analysis on manufacturing performance and quality metrics.
    Design for Manufacturing (DFx)

    Analysis:
    Conduct DFx reviews of new product designs to identify potential manufacturing issues and provide feedback to design engineers for optimization, including design for test and assembly

    Prototype Testing:

    Coordinate the build and testing of prototypes during the NPI phase, debugging, analyzing results and providing feedback to design and manufacturing teams for product improvements.


    Continuous Improvement:
    Identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality.

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with cross-functional teams including design engineers, procurement, and production personnel to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality products on schedule.

    Qualifications

    Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
    Strong understanding of electronic circuitry
    Familiarity with CAD software and PCB design tools (e.g., Allegro, Altium, Eagle).
    Knowledge of soldering techniques, surface mount technology (SMT), and PCB assembly processes is a plus
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Prior internship or co-op experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus.

    Additional Information

    The new hire base annual pay for this role has a salary range of $90k to $130k.

    The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and US location.

    The salary range provided reflects the base salary and in addition may also be eligible for discretionary Arista bonuses, commissions, equity, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, well-being, tax savings, and income protection.
