Job Summary
We are in need of a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the operational integrity of infrastructure and equipment. This role involves conducting repairs, improvements, and maintenance to uphold compliance standards and enhance operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out electrical and mechanical repairs and improvements on infrastructure and equipment.
Manage maintenance, preventive maintenance, and metrology programs through regular updates.
Write and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Job Plans.
Conduct regulatory and compliance inspections.

Qualifications

Educational qualification: College degree/training in a technical discipline or relevant experience in maintenance, electrical, or instrumentation, preferably in industries like food, pharmaceuticals, or cosmetics. Possession of electrical training/certifications would be advantageous.

Minimum work experience: 3 years

Skills & Attributes

Prior experience in an industry with quality and regulatory interactions is preferred.
Familiarity with GDP (Good documentation practices).
Ability to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety protocols.
Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance systems.
Proficiency in MS Office and good computer skills.
Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and Building Management System (BMS) is beneficial.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills to engage with various stakeholders.
High attention to detail and ability to work in team and individual settings.
Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexibility to adjust working schedule to meet business unit requirements.
