    Responsibilities
    1. Provide strategic support to physicians to meet organizational goals.
    2. Implement practice improvements.
    3. Contribute to financial, clinical, and operational enhancements.
    4. Communicate effectively with leadership for informed decision-making.
    5. Oversee clinic policies, team recruitment, and performance evaluations.
    6. Manage practice finances and resolve administrative issues.
    7. Develop ancillary services and ensure compliance with regulations.
    8. Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements.
    9. Address patient concerns and support revenue cycle management.
    10. Collaborate with stakeholders for effective clinic operations.
    11. Report compliance issues to ensure adherence to regulations.
    Qualifications

    Education: Bachelor's Degree and/or minimum of five years of practice management experience.
