    POSITION SUMMARY
    Provide leadership, coaching, and training to the assigned branch team to ensure efficient and effective sales and service interactions with members. Responsible for reinforcing the culture within the branch, coaching for improved performance, and supporting the branch's growth goals. Responsible for overseeing office operations, ensuring team accountability to policies and procedures, and developing and leading sales strategies that leverage Everence's FAITH values in the acquisition and retention of member relationships.

    RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

    1. Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective and professional relationships with members.
    2. Assume responsibility for the effective and efficient performance of Branch operations.
    3. Effectively supervise Branch staff, ensuring optimal performance.
    4. Assume responsibility for effectively seeking new lending opportunities; initiating, reviewing, processing, and coordinating loan functions.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education:

    College graduate or experience in a managerial role, preferably as a branch manager in a financial institution

    Experience:

    One year minimum of management experience and one year of lending experience required

    Skills and Abilities:

    1. Strong interpersonal, leadership, and supervisory skills
    2. Excellent communication and public relations skills
    3. Thorough understanding of lending and deposit programs, policies, and procedures, as well as related legal requirements
    4. Solid math and strong technology/computer skills
    5. Ability to maintain confidentiality

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Branch MSRs/Tellers

    SCHEDULE: Full-time
