Job summary
We are seeking an Architectural Specifications Writer to support the development of construction contract specifications and provide technical guidance for architectural project documentation.This remote-based role will collaborate closely with project architects and the broader design team to ensure accurate, coordinated, and high‑quality specifications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing contract specifications based on the design direction, documentation, and guidance provided by the Architect.
- Evaluate and recommend alternative materials and systems where appropriate, providing written commentary for Architect review.
- Prepare preliminary written addenda, as needed, to clarify or complete the Architectural Specifications.
