- Hands-on Architect.
- Participates in the day-to-day delivery of complex products, systems, and solutions across multiple clients, including involvement in presales activities, POCs, Inception (requirements), MVP Construction, and Continuous Delivery oversight.
- Collaborates with practice leads & clients, able to take the lead on implementation and detailed design elements as needed.

- Thoroughly assess the client's needs and present an appropriate business and technology solution.
- Oversee the delivery of consulting projects, provide proactive control of resources, consultants/employees, and mentoring of project team leadership.
- Develop and present accurate proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Establish trusted partner relationships with clients and partner stakeholders through technical expertise and thought leadership.
- Identify growth potential or renewal opportunities within current and future accounts.
- Assist in the development of cloud (AWS or Azure) partnership, certifications and business development activities.
- Leadership skills are essential.
- Track record of successful solution delivery as a project-based consultant.
- Proven experience solving business and technical problems creatively and efficiently.
- Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design for cloud environments, specifically AWS and/or Azure. Candidates with cloud certification credentials preferred.
- Experience with UI frameworks, including , React, and/or Angular.
- Current understanding of best practices regarding system security measures.
- Risk identification and management skills.
- Hands-on software development experience.
- Superior business and technical communication skills.
- Ability to consult management and engineering teams with technical advice regarding business analysis, project management, IT architecture, infrastructure, cloud development, and software architecture design.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred.

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $160,000-$185,000*
