EP Lab Tech- Louisville

Salary and shift differential pay;

Cath/EP Lab $33.61-$52.10 / Shift Diff: $4.40/8.00 per hour call pay

Cardiovascular $31.41-$48.69 / Shift Diff: $4.40

· Work hours and on-call hours required; 7a-7p or 8a-6:30p

· On call: Cath Lab – 6:30p-7a weekdays and weekends 7a Saturday-7a Monday

· No On call of EP: you stay late to finish cases.

· Relocation fee and applicable details; Up to $10K for relocation
$20k retention package to these employees for a two-year commitment. 5K in first check, 5k at end of 1 year. 10k at end of year two.Additionally, we will offer a 5k bonus to the vendor at the end of 1 year.

Qualifications:
Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements;
Rad Tech: ARRT, certifications within 18 months w/ reimbursement provided
Cardiac Interventional Technologist: ACLS and BLS
EP: : ARRT, KY operators license, ACLS, and BLS

RCIS or RCES certification required.
Position title; Interventional Technologist

· Reporting structure; New hire > Lead Tech > Manager
· Number of open positions with same title; 8.4 FTE Cath Lab and EP 6.5 FTE in current state.
· Urgency of need to fill; ASAP
· Number of beds in unit/unit size; Bays: 21 in pre/post op, 6 Cath lab procedure rooms and 3 EP procedure rooms. It takes up entire 3rd floor in the heart hospital.
· Clinician/patient ratio; Team 3:1/Stemi 4:1
· Educational, certification and/or licensure requirements;

Rad Tech: ARRT, certifications within 18 months w/ reimbursement provided

Cardiac Interventional Technologist: ACLS and BLS

EP: : ARRT, KY operators license, ACLS, and BLS

· Average number of patients cared for daily in unit; average 30 cases per day
· Types of diagnoses and patients cared for in units: STEMI, NSTEMI, Ablations, Pacemakers, TAVR, TMVR, Structural Heart Procedures, Watchman, Mitra Clips, PCI, Impella, Right and Left Heart Catheterizations
