- Design visually stunning user interfaces for enterprise applications that adhere to design system guidelines and enhance user experience.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Collaborate with user research and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve usability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user remains at the forefront of all design decisions.
- Demonstrated visual design skills with portfolio showing examples of working with large data sets, data visualization and dashboards.
- Projects that include application UI design for more sophisticated enterprise or web-based software (vs. solely marketing and content design) – B2B
- Solid foundational understanding of UX design best practices
- Experience working with design systems
- Fluent working in Figma
- Highly attentive to detail
- Accustomed to working in an iterative manner with the ability to easily absorb design critiques and produce incremental improvements
- Remote or on site if based in Chicago
