    About the role


    Manages the strategy, development, deployment and implementation of global enablement and readiness programs for internal and channel sales teams. Drives the growth and development of core industry expertise to facilitate the acquisition of qualified leads, improve ramp time, improve lead conversion, retain existing accounts, improve win rates and drive sales revenue. Partners and builds meaningful relationships with key individuals and teams with functional solution leadership teams, product BUs, marketing and sales leads. Use these relationships to maximize the reach and effectiveness of program delivery to the sales field and partners. May design and develop curricula and enablement content, leveraging advice from instructional designers and SMEs, as appropriate. Utilizes a range of tools and learning approaches to ensure programs gain full reach and effectiveness while remaining cost effective. Define, track and report on key metrics that show enablement activity, sales productivity and enablement effectiveness. Work is performed with minimal direction and reviewed by senior management. Provides solutions to a diverse range of complex problems.
