    Position Overview RMGS, Inc
    is currently recruiting an Engineering Technician in Virginia Beach, VA; Washington, DC; Indian Head, MD, in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), McAlester Detachment
    **This position is contingent upon contract award


    • Roles and Responsibilities:
    • Possesses knowledge of maintenance techniques, training, tools and support equipment.
    • Possesses maintenance, supportability, and Defense knowledge.
    • Performs a combination of technical (hands-on) and systems analysis and methodology.
    • Drives improvements of complex and unique techniques and procedures to analyze, troubleshoot, build up, maintain, and repair complex equipment.
    • Performs analysis duties to reduce machine down time, performing root cause analysis.
    • Identifies engineering solutions for machine up time.
    • Develops and implements total production maintenance methods and procedures to improve customer overall equipment efficiency.
    • Possesses a working knowledge of maintenance environments

    Required Qualifications and Experience:

    • High School diploma/GED, trade school training.
    • Five (5) years of related experience including hands on maintenance experience.
    • Demonstrated experience in maintenance/material control and quality assurance.
    • Experienced in working in an IPT type structure to include remote team dynamics.
    • Secret security clearance or the ability to qualify for such clearance upon employment.
