- Prepare proposals and budgets
- Build/maintain client relationships

- Design coastal/waterfront infrastructure projects
- Prepare technical report/regulatory permits
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in coastal/waterfront, client/project management and consulting
- PE License
- Regulatory/Compliance experience
- Prior experience with funding/grants preferred
