    salary: $67,000 - $75,000 per year

    Responsibilities
    • Oversees the accomplishment and completion of assigned production work through subordinate leads.
    • Promote, communicate, and provide assistance to support company policies, and procedures.
    • Provides floor presence for employee accessibility and timely problem resolution for production issues, such as equipment failure, component shortage, etc.
    • Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; and evaluates new equipment and techniques.
    • Communicates job expectations and results daily to front line employees.
    • Fosters good relations by employee coaching, counseling, developing, and follows all policies related to performance management.
    • Maintains production staff by assisting in the recruitment, selection, orientation, and training employees.
    • Maintains quality standards by enforcing organizations quality policies and procedures.
    • Provides and maintains production performance data to management.
    • Provide a clean, safe work environment using 5S philosophies for all employees within the factory.
    • Ensures compliance of all HR related concerns including anti-harassment and anti-discrimination and other initiatives that support Systemair as an Employer of Choice.
