Job summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Bookkeeper to manage financial processes, HR and office administration documentation,and daily operational support for Plaza Athénée Nobu New York.
- Handle daily bookkeeping,
- Maintain project records (hard copy & digital), including contracts,
- Oversight of office operations: supplies vendor coordination warehouse inventory existing furniture/asset records.
