We are recruiting for a SI&D Manager/Orthopedics position at Johnson & Johnson. The role involves managing projects and programs in the design and delivery of project and program management policies and practices. Key responsibilities include driving financial business cycles including financial forecasting prioritization performance review cycles leading updates to the Strategic Planning model translating business strategy into actionable insights performance targets trade-off recommendations developing an Integrated Business Intelligence capability/tool analyzing product performance across the portfolio supply chain network enabling data-driven decisions related to profitability demand trends capacity constraints network performance defining collecting analyzing presenting monthly performance metrics facilitating scorecard reviews focused on leading indicators risk management corrective actions continuous improvement tracking implementing documenting standard best practices across the financial business cycle roles responsibilities governance model partnering closely with Finance Operations ensuring insights translate into execution accountability measurable outcomes partnering DPS Supply Chain PMO key stakeholders initiatives prioritization business cycle reviews remaining aligned strategic objectives appropriate adjustments identified sustained.Responsibilities
- Manages projects planning execution reporting monitoring through stabilization closure.
