- 2-year technical degree or five years of experience as a quality technician in manufacturing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Minitab
- Experience with automated inspection devices such as Micro-Vu, Keyence, Smartscope, Ram Optical, or Mititoyo
- Skilled in using measuring equipment like calipers, micrometers, indicators, comparators, and toolmakers microscopes
- Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Capacity to develop Quality Inspection Plans for components and assemblies
- Resourceful in the design of experiments (DOE) and capability studies
- Competent at analyzing quality and process data including ppm, scrap rates, Pareto charts, CPK, Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), etc.
- Flexible work availability for 1st shift and 2nd shift as needed
- Performing detailed inspections on various products using advanced measurement tools
- Creating comprehensive reports based on inspection findings
- Collaborating with manufacturing teams to ensure quality standards are upheld
