ROLE OVERVIEWThe Senior QA Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing manual tests for our suite of products. This is a hand-on, cross functional and detail-oriented career opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIESWrite test cases based on product requirementsEstimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activitiesReview and analyze acceptance criteria to confirm completionSupport release process and perform regression, smoke and functional testingAnalyze issues, take part in investigation and root cause analysisCreate and maintain test and process documentationROLE REQUIREMENTSA minimum of five years of experience in a QA role - eCommerce experience preferredA minimum of three years of experience testing website and mobile applicationsExperience working with Jira, Testrail, Shopify, Netsuite (OR THER ERP|CRM SOLUTIONS), and other QA tools and methodologiesExperience working with Oracle Netsuite, database validation and OMS is preferredProficiency in Google SuiteHighly analytical way of thinking, strong numerical|retail math skillsClear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skillsBA|BS degree in a technology discipline strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
