    Available Shifts:

    We are offering a sign on bonuses and referral bonuses

    Full time will receive $ Part time will receive $ paid out in 4 installments.

    You can also receive $500.00 referral for each person you refer to us and will be paid out in 2 installments Details provided upon Pre-hire paperwork.

    Arbol Residences Santa Rosa Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Registered Nurse to join our team This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.


    Essential Job Duties:
    Administers medications and treatments, including, but not limited to: dressings, catherization, wound care, IV's, suctioning, oxygen, etc.
    Responsible for the Unit and supervising certified nursing assistants.
    Assists in direct resident care as necessary.

    Protects residents and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.

    Resolves resident problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
    Maintains accurate documentation of medication administered and care rendered.
    Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
    Interfaces with other disciplines to assure continuity of care and services.
    The Charge Nurse RN is the supervisor in charge in the absence of the Director of Nursing.


    Other Duties:
    Assists in admission and discharge procedures.
    certification Responds to resident emergency call system as indicated.
    Makes rounds with physicians and transcribes orders.
    Keeps physician and family aware of change in resident's condition.
    Maintains the self‐respect, personal dignity, and physical safety of each patient.
    Assures continuity of services and care.
    Attends in-service training and education sessions, as assigned. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educations workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    Performs specific work duties and emergency needs in assisted living facility.
    Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.

    QUALIFICATIONS :
    RN currently licensed by the State.
    Prior experience or education working with Geriatric population.
    Current CPR
