Millwood Hospital, a mental health facility in Arlington, TX, has been providing quality inpatient and outpatient mental health and chemical dependency treatment since 1971. The hospital is conveniently located just 5 minutes away from AT&T Stadium. Millwood Hospital is part of Universal Health Services, Inc., a renowned provider of hospital and healthcare services in the nation.
Position Summary:
The Staff Nurse (R.N.) at Millwood Hospital plays a key role in prescribing, coordinating, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the health team. This position follows the nursing process and maintains high standards of care.
Typical Work Hours:
- Night Shift
- Rotating Weeks with 12-hour shifts
- 6:45pm - 7:15am
- Weekends Required (days vary)

Requirements:
- Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred)
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a psychiatric healthcare setting
- Licensure: Licensed by the Texas State Board of Nursing
- Additional Requirements: CPR certification, training in Seclusion and Restraint, CPI training, and Service Excellence Training within specified timeframes
