    Objective:
    The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be supporting studios during business stage

    transitions. The RSM will be responsible for ensuring each studio location is staffed, meets membership

    and revenue goals and is operating at the Pure Barre standard.


    Duties/Responsibilities:
    Guide studios through the pre-sale, reopening and growth stages

    Provide on-site sales training for Sales Representatives and General Managers

    Hire, train and develop studio teams

    Review club operations with the GM

    Host one-on-one calls and webinars with staff

    Coach studios on customer service best-practices

    Advise on sales plans, community outreach and other business needs

    Requirements

    Multi-unit sales experience required, preferably fitness sales

    Pre-sale or start up experience preferred

    Fitness franchise experience highly preferred

    Experience with grassroots marketing

    Experience with ClubReady, MindBody or other gym POS & CRMs

    Availability to travel up 25% of the time

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

    Comfortable presenting to franchise partners and general managers.

    Understanding of and passion for fitness industry.

    Highly organized with an ability to hit deadlines for assigned work.

    Highly experienced with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
