    Role Summary:


    As a Production Manager you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our production operations, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, and driving efficiency improvements through SAP.

    You will be responsible for managing our production teams, optimizing production processes, and ensuring our products meet the stringent quality standards required in our industry.

    This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership, and a deep understanding of regulatory compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead and manage production operations, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and company policies.
    Utilize SAP software to enhance production planning, inventory management, and process optimization.
    Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production to ensure quality and compliance.
    Oversee the training and development of production staff in GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and other relevant regulatory standards.
    Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure that production outputs meet the required standards.
    Analyze production data, generate reports, and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
    Manage production schedules to meet inventory requirements and customer demand.
    Address and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal impact on operations and compliance.
    Lead cross-functional teams to implement new production technologies or processes that enhance product quality and compliance.
    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FDA regulations and industry best practices.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business Administration, or similar).
    Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production management role within an FDA-regulated environment.
    Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, specifically in production planning and inventory management modules.
    Strong understanding of FDA regulations, GMP, and quality systems.
    Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse team.
    Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
    Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement strategic solutions.
    Proactive, with a continuous improvement mindset.
