- Demonstrating quick learning abilities for job tasks within 60 days of hiring
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production
- Skills in mill operations and inventory management
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations accurately
- Effective communication in English (verbal and written)

IAS is currently searching for a motivated and adaptable self-starter to join as an Operator 3 at our Hauser, ID facility.
