    Job Description:
    ANGARAI's Subject Matter Expert (SME) will support our Communications & Signaling department. SME's expertise will be invaluable in areas such as Communications, Radio, Signaling, Maximo, and Change Management.


    Major Roles and Responsibilities:
    The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Conduct thorough gap analysis in quality management for the department, focusing on Communications, Radio, Signaling, Maximo, and Change Management.

    Collaborate with leadership to finalize quality management improvements, providing expertise in key areas.

    Develop and execute a detailed project plan for quality enhancements, optimizing personnel and resources.

    Design and maintain a tailored Quality Management Plan, integrating specialized tools for improved effectiveness.

    Monitor and report on quality performance indicators, create customized dashboards, and facilitate training programs.

    Assist in regulatory compliance, conduct quality audits, and provide solutions, leveraging collaborative expertise.

    Implement and revise departmental manuals and maintenance control policies, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations.

    Offer expert guidance in addressing regulatory corrective actions, providing strategic support for resolution and continuous improvement.

    Foster innovation and contribute to the team's overall expertise.

    Offer expert guidance to enhance projects and ensure excellence in key areas.


    Minimum Qualification and Experience:
    Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in engineering, Transportation, Planning, Business, or related field.


    Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, with a focus on complex projects in the transportation or related industry.

    Proven track record of implementing and managing quality management systems in compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Experience working with controlled documentation.

    Ability to extract information from key stakeholders, and to communicate the information in written form.

    Strong skills in MS Office and experience with SharePoint Library Management.

    Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.

    Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB).

    American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification; and

    ProCore software experience preferred.

    Experience in Transportation, more specifically Communication and Signaling will be an added advantage.
